HIS - Habitação de Interesse Social
O projeto trata-se de edifícios destinados para HIS – habitação de interesse social, na cidade de Caraguatatuba-SP-BR.
Pensando na questão econômica que este tipo de projeto solicita, tivemos que pensar em soluções para que os moradores tivessem como manter o local sem afetar a condição financeira das famílias.
O terreno escolhido tem 27.460 mil m² de área, fica situado na rodovia Rio – Santos, BR 101, sentido São Sebastião-SP.
Uma das referências projetuais, Jardim Edith em SP, ajudou na integração dos edifícios, circulação e também nas necessidades que uma área de interesse social precisa para funcionar.
The project deals with buildings destined for housing of social interest, in Caraguatatuba, a town in Brazil.
Thinking about the economic issue that this type of project calls for, we had to think about solutions so that the residents could maintain the place without affecting the financial condition of the families.
The chosen land has an area of 27.460 thousand m², located on the Rio - Santos highway, BR 101, towards São Sebastião-SP.
One of the design references, Jardim Edith in São Paulo-BR, helped with the integration of buildings, circulation and also the needs that an area of social interest needs to function.
O projeto conta com três lâminas e oito blocos de edificações, sendo a lâmina o material de estudo desse portfólio. A edificação possui térreo e mais 6 pavimentos, com o total de 36 apartamentos e seis unidades por pavimento. Nesse projeto foi desenvolvida apenas uma tipologia.
Nessa edificação foram projetadas salas comerciais no piso térreo, voltadas para o os moradores e também para transeuntes locais. O acesso para os moradores se faz pela parte posterior da lâmina. No entorno, foi criado um belo espaço verde, com vegetação de médio e grande porte, que além de tirar a aridez da construção, também traz à privacidade e o conforto acústico a residência.
This project has 2 building types, the longer is the object of the study in this portfolio. The building has a ground floor and another 6 floors, a total of 36 apartments and six units per floor. In this project, only one typology was developed.
In this building, commercial rooms were designed on the ground floor, aimed at residents and local passers-by. Access for residents is through the back side of the construction. In the surroundings, a beautiful green space was created, with medium and large vegetation, which in addition to removing the dryness of the building, also brings privacy and acoustic comfort to the residences.
Na fachada buscou-se não padronizar as unidades. A utilizando de mesmos elementos, os brises na varanda, além de trazer o conforto térmico para o interior, também traz movimento à fachada, não a deixando de forma alguma igual; com o sistema móvel, o morador pode carregar as grandes placas de ripado para a direita e esquerda durante o dia. Assim as fachadas dos apartamento nunca serão idênticas.
The façade sought not to standardize the units. The use of the same elements, the brises on the balcony, besides bringing thermal comfort to the interior, also brings movement to the facade, not leaving it in any way equal; with the mobile system, the resident can load the large slatted plates to the right and left during the day. So the facades of the apartments will never be identical.
